Terms of Service.

The openEPD name, website, logo, and technical specifications are the property of WAP Sustainability.

The technical specifications are freely and openly licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

The name and logo may be used to refer to openEPD compliant systems, to the openEPD specification, and to this website.

Each openEPD compliant system, including BuildingTransparency.org, may have its own app and/or API terms of service which apply to that system.

Participation in openEPD technical events requires following the openEPD Code of Ethics, which currently are the same as the IEEE Code of Ethics.
